The world premiere of Christie Perfetti Williams' new play, BETTYE AND THE JOCKETTES SPINNING RECORDS AT THE HOLIDAY INN is coming to the Gene Frankel Theatre.

On June 14, 2022, Flux Theatre Ensemble will launch Our Options Have Changed, an interactive audio experience, created by lead artists Corey Allen, Emily Hartford, and Will Lowry, based on an idea they developed with Jason Tseng. Our Options Have Changed is accessed by cell phone and available 24/7. 

Retro Productions will present a live benefit reading of The Man Who Came to Dinner by Moss Hart and George S. Kaufman on Friday, February 26th at 7pm EST. Proceeds from the 'pay-what-you-will' fundraiser will help fund future Retro productions. The reading is directed by Sara Thigpen and will be presented over Zoom.

The Nuyorican Poets Cafe presents LIPSHTICK, Tuesday June 30th at 8 pm. LIPSHTICK is a dark comedy directed by Kathy Gail MacGowan and performed by Alisha Spielmann, Christine Verleny, Linda S. Nelson, Renee' Flemings, Annalisa Hill Loeffler, Sevrin Anne Mason, Emily Cordes & Romy Nordlinger.

Award-winning Retro Productions kicks off its 2019 season with one of the longest running Broadway comedies of the 1960's, Mary, Mary written by Jean Kerr. The witty revival runs May 3 - 18 at the Gene Frankel Theatre in SoHo. Shay Gines who previously directed Retro's revival of And Mrs. Reardon Drinks A Little, directs. Opening night is slated for Friday, May 3.

Flux Theatre Ensemble will present the New York City premiere of World Builders by Johnna Adams (Gidion's Knot, Sans Merci, The Angel Eaters Trilogy) April 28 - May 13 at the West End Theatre (263 W 86th St, New York, NY 10024). Retro Productions is celebrating North America's first Red Nose Day at their performances today and tomorrow, May 20th & 21st.

Retro Productions is celebrating their 10th anniversary with, The Butter and Egg Man by George S. Kaufman. Perhaps one of Kaufman's lesser known works, The Butter and Egg Man is a wonderful comedy about producing theater and was one of Kaufman's biggest Broadway successes when it opened at the Longacre Theatre in 1925. The production is directed by Ricardo Rust, who co-produced Retro Productions, An Appeal to the Woman of the House which was nominated for 3 New York Innovative Theater Awards and won an award for Heather E.
