Emma Hunton, Molly Ranson & More Set for PUMP UP THE VOLUME Workshop Today

Veteran film and theatre producer Sandy Stern, with Louis Hobson, Jake Groshong and Katie Tomlinson Diamond of Seattle's Balagan Theatre, will present a closed workshop performance today, July 12, of Jeff Thomson and Jeremy Desmon's new rock musical Pump up the Volume, directed by Tony Award and Drama Desk Award winner Christopher Gattelli (Newsies,South Pacific) and Dave Solomon, with choreography by Christopher Gattelli and music direction by James Sampliner (Legally Blonde, The Wedding Singer).

Casting highlights for Vassar & New York Stage and Film Powerhouse Theater's second Mainstage production, Mozhan Marno's When The Lights Went Out, and the Martel Musical workshop of the new Simon Rich/Peter Lerman musical inspired by The Brooklyn Hero Supply Company, have been announced. In addition, casting highlights for the season's Inside Look Workshops, Found and Mother of Invention have also been announced. BroadwayUnderstudies.com once again invited some of Broadway's most talented understudies to the stage of the Laurie Beechman Theatre to share their rare talent-the ability to perform at a second's notice. They were thrown into the fire in 'Half Hour 3: A Last Minute Concert,' a show where even they didn't know what they'd be singing before they stepped up to the microphone. Corey Cott, Emma Hunton and More Set for The TRL Generation: Broadway Loves Britney

After last summer's hugely successful "Broadway Sings The 90's," 'The TRL Generation' returns at the Canal Room on Sunday, March 3rd at with "Broadway Loves Britney," a song and dance extravaganza paying tribute to our generation's princess of pop, Ms. Britney Spears. The 9:30PM concert will be produced and musically directed by Benjamin Rauhala and directed by Kyle Fox, with musical arrangements and orchestrations by Joey Contreras, Benjamin Rauhala, and Charlie Rosen.

Bare begins its final weekend of performances, playing its final performance on Sunday, February 3rd at 7:30pm after 21 previews and 65 regular performances. The original 2004 cast, including John Hill, Natalie Joy Johnson, Adam Fleming, and Jenna Leigh Green reunited at the show and took pictures backstage with the current cast. Check them out below!
