Complete casting has been announced for the Westchester Sandbox Theatre's mainstage production of CARRIE The Musical running October 2nd-11th, 2015 at the Mamaroneck venue. Based on the acclaimed novel by Stephen King, Carrie features a book by Lawrence D. Cohen (screenwriter of the classic film), lyrics by Academy Award winner Dean Pitchford (Footloose & Fame), and music by Academy Award winner Michael Gore (Fame).

Camp Broadway's Original Summer Program for theater-loving kids, ages 10-17, began earlier this week and continued through July 18, 2014. The week-long program immerses campers in an authentic Broadway rehearsal process that culminated in a Family Finale presentation yesterday. Inspired by Broadway's cherished works and steeped in its grand traditions, Camp Broadway is designed to build confidence, inspire creative expression, and instill well-being in both aspiring artists and future audiences.

The symposium is part of a major ongoing collection-based research initiative begun in 2005 with support from the Modern Women's Fund, established by philanthropist and artist Sarah Peter.
