Photo Flash: Sierra Boggess and More Join Scott Alan's Impromptu Concert at Hippodrome Casino!

Due to Hurricane Sandy, Scott Alan was stranded in London where he just finished recording tracks for the upcoming 'Special Edition' version of his album LIVE. Alan decided to put together an impromptu concert on November 2nd at the Hippodrome Casino in Soho. The concert featured Sierra Boggess, David Hunter, Cassie McIvor, Jamie Muscato, Cordelia Famworth, Oliver Tompsett, Stuart Matthew Price, Chloe Hart, Ashleigh Grey, Jodie Jacobs, Sidonie Smith, Philly Lopez and a contest winner plucked from the audience was Sally Faye Care, who sang 'Watch Me Soar.' Tituss Burgess Celebrates Debut CD COMFORTABLE with Concert at New World Stages Tonight, 10/14

Tituss Burgess - the rising R&B vocalist and songwriter who has starred on television in the Emmy Award winning NBC comedy '30 Rock' and on Broadway in Jersey Boys and The Little Mermaid - has announced the release of his exciting and personal debut album Comfortable. He will perform a special CD release concert at New World Stages (340 West 50th Street) with a 10-piece band tonight, October 14 at 11:00 PM.

TACT Announces LOVERS Talkback Tomorrow

TACT/The Actors Company Theatre (Scott Alan Evans, Cynthia Harris and Jenn Thompson, Co-Artistic Directors), the critically acclaimed and Drama Desk nominated Off-Broadway company "dedicated to presenting neglected or rarely produced plays of literary merit," has scheduled a post performance discussion with the production design team and cast of Brian Friel's Lovers, the first play of the company's 20th Anniversary Season, on Thursday, October 4th following the 7:30 p.m. performance. The designers will each share their thoughts on their concept for the show and how they collaborated with the director to bring his vision to the stage. The audience will have an opportunity to ask questions of the design team and cast. The discussion will be moderated by Scott Alan Evans, Co-Artistic Director of TACT.

Twenty Twelve: The Launch marks the debut of TwentySomething Productions showcasing the work of Jonathan Reid Gealt, Kerrigan-Lowdermilk, Kooman & Dimond, Pasek & Paul, Ryan Scott Oliver and Joe Sterling. It will take place tonight, 9th September 2012 at Cafe Koha Bar, Leicester Square (11 St. Martin's Court, London, WC2 4AJ). Doors open at 7pm for an 8pm show, lasting two hours, £10. TACT/The Actors Company Theatre (Scott Alan Evans, Cynthia Harris and Jenn Thompson, Co-Artistic Directors), the critically-acclaimed and Drama Desk nominated Off-Broadway company "dedicated to presenting neglected or rarely produced plays of literary merit," announces the cast and creative team for Lovers by Brian Friel, the first production of the company's 20th Anniversary Season. Directed by TACT Company Member Drew Barr, performances begin at Theatre Row's Beckett Theatre (410 West 42nd Street - between 9th & 10th Avenues) on Tuesday, September 18th, 2012. Opening night is Thursday, September 27th at 7:30pm. Performances will continue through Saturday, October 20th.
