Court Theatre Presents THREE TALL WOMEN 1/13-2/13/2011

Court Theatre continues its 56th season with Edward Albee's Three Tall Women, directed by Artistic Director Charles Newell. The production will run January 13 - February 13, 2011 at Court Theatre, 5535 S. Ellis Avenue.

Theater for the New City Presents STARRY MESSENGER 1/27-2/13

'Starry Messenger' was one of Galileo's most revolutionary works. It was the first scientific paper about the universe as seen through a telescope, and contained confounding ideas about the moon, stars and planets.

Cherry Lane's Fiordellisi to Step Down as Artistic Director in 2011

According to the NY Times, Cherry Lane Theatre's Angelina Fiordellisi, will resign as Artistic Director sometime between March and June of 2011. Additionally, Fiordellisi plans to sell the building, which has been a Greenwich Village staple since 1924, due to ongoing financial struggles.
