The Irish Repertory Theatre's hit revival THE IRISH...AND HOW THEY GOT THAT WAY by Pulitzer Prize-winning author Frank McCourt ('Angela's Ashes') will close on September 26, 2010. The production is Directed by Charlotte Moore, who helmed the recent Broadway concert version of BRIGADOON.

TheHollywoodReporter reports that 'Mega Python vs. Gatoroid,' Syfy's Debbie Gibson/Tiffany made-for-TV movie, will add another star to its cast: Mickey Dolenz ('The Monkees,' London's HAIRSPRAY). The film is reportedly about to start production.

Cirque du Soleil opened it's celebrated new production tribute to the life and music of Elvis Presley: Viva ELVIS on December 18, 2009. The show, directed by choreographer Vincent Paterson, runs at the new ARIA Resort & Casino at CityCenter in Las Vegas. Last week, Broadway star Brent Barrett took in the show and visited the cast backstage following the performance.
