Wilco frontman and Grammy Award winner Jeff Tweedy will play an intimate live set after a 90-minute sketch comedy and improv performance from distinguished Second City alumni, including Aidy Bryant (SNL), Kevin Dorff (Late Night with Conan O'Brien), TJ Jagodowski (TJ & Dave), Beth Melewski (Cash Cab Chicago), Mike O'Brien (SNL), Tim Robinson (SNL), Tami Sagher (Writer, 30 Rock, How I Met Your Mother), Horatio Sanz (SNL) & SNL's newest 'Weekend Update' co-anchor, Cecily Strong. IFC's hilarious series COMEDY BANG! BANG! kicks off its second season on July 12. Today, the network is offering fans a chance to watch one of the new episodes several weeks ahead of its debut.

The second season of Comedy Bang! Bang! kicks off on Friday, July 12 at 10PM ET/PT with 20 all new episodes and a robust line-up of famous faces. The first ten episodes will air from July 12 - September 13, followed by a short fall hiatus before picking back up on Friday, October 18 for ten more episodes. At the gala 43rd Annual Equity Jeff Awards held at Drury Lane Oakbrook on Monday, November 7, 'The Madness of George III,' from Chicago Shakespeare Theater, took top honors for a play in the Large Theatre tier with a total of 5 awards, including Production - Play, Director Penny Metropulos and Principal Actor Harry Groener. In musical categories for large theatres, the Goodman Theatre and Shakespeare Theatre Company production of 'Candide' won top awards for a musical with 5 statues, including Production - Musical, New Adaptation for Mary Zimmerman, Principal Actor Geoff Packard and Supporting Actress and Actor, Hollis Resnik and Larry Yando.
