Alice Ripley, who received the 2009 Tony Award® for Best Actress in a Musical for her performance in the Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award®-winning Next to Normal, will return to San Diego, where she spent several years performing in local productions, to reprise her acclaimed performance in the musical's 36-week multi-city North American tour, launching November 23 at the Center Theatre Group/Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles. It will play in San Diego January 18-23, 2011 at the Balboa Theatre, as part of the current season of Broadway/San Diego ~ A Nederlander Presentation.

New Adventures returns to Sadler's Wells for its 9th annual Christmas Season with a new production of Matthew Bourne's CINDERELLA from Tuesday 30 November 2010 to Sunday 23 January 2011.

The Ogunquit Playhouse will present The Drowsy Chaperone from June 9 through June 26, 2010 starring Bravo's Carson Kressley as the Man in Chair and The Mary Tyler Moore Show's Gloria Engel as Mrs. Tottendale, the role she created for the original Broadway production. This new musical comedy was the darling of the Tony Awards, winning the most statues in 2006, including Best Sets and Costumes - the very same sets and costumes will be featured in the Ogunquit Production. Broadway veteran Liz Larsen also joins the cast as the Drowsy Chaperone.

The Fringe at CTG, Center Theatre Group's young professionals group, is hosting a special event at the Friday, May 21, 8 p.m. performance of 'Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo' at the CTG / Mark Taper Forum. Tickets to the event include a post-play cocktail party with company members from 'Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo.'

A reading of the Met Theatre production of 'Richard and Felix: Twilight in Venice' will be presented one-night-only at the Center Theatre Group/Kirk Douglas Theatre, Sunday, June 13 at 7 p.m. 'Richard and Felix: Twilight in Venice,' by Cornelius Schnauber is directed by L. Flint Esquerra.

The Geffen Playhouse's second cast of Nora Ephron and Delia Ephron's Love, Loss, and What I Wore will include Lucy DeVito, Conchata Ferrell and Rhea Perlman. Devito, who is best known for her stints Off-Broadway as well as spots on It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, has appeared in many casts of the New York production. Joining DeVito is her mother, four-time Emmy Award winner Rhea Perlman.

The cast has been set for the Center Theatre Group production of 'The Lieutenant of Inishmore,' Martin McDonagh's strikingly original black comedy following Padraic (played by Chris Pine), a terrorist deemed too angry for the IRA, and the swath of destruction he cuts on his return to Inishmore to care for a beloved pet. 'The Lieutenant of Inishmore' begins previews at the Mark Taper Forum on June 30, opens July 11 and continues through August 8, 2010.

Tony Award nominee BRIAN D'ARCY JAMES will return to the Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning musical Next to Normal for a special limited engagement beginning Monday, May 17 at 8:00p.m. Mr. d'Arcy James originated the role of Dan Goodman in the Second Stage Theatre off-Broadway production of the acclaimed musical. J. Robert Spencer, who was nominated for a Tony Award for his performance in the role, will give his final performance on Sunday, May 16 at 7:30p.m.

Alfred Hitchcock's 'The 39 Steps,' a hilarious reimagining of the 1935 film mystery, opens at the Center Theatre Group/Ahmanson Theatre on April 28 at 8 p.m., continuing performances through May 16.
