Anything Goes star Sutton Foster will appear as a guest judge on 'Project Runway All Stars' this Thursday, February 16th between 9-10PM on Bravo.

A worldwide series of free concerts has been arranged by The Japan Foundation to convey the Japanese people's gratitude to the global community for their support during the Japanese Earthquake and Tsunami. On Tuesday, March 6 at 7:30 PM, The Japan Foundation will present 'Overcoming the Disaster: Gratitude from Japan to the World,' at the Rose Theater in New York City.

Center Theatre Group announced today that tickets for the National Theatre of Great Britain production of "War Horse" will go on sale to the public this Wednesday, February 15.

The National Theatre's epic WAR HORSE, winner of five 2011 Tony® Awards including Best Play, will come to Chicago this December for a limited three-week engagement from Dec. 18, 2012 - Jan. 5, 2013 at the Cadillac Palace Theatre (151 W. Randolph St.).

Danai Gurira's powerful new play, "The Convert," which was commissioned by Center Theatre Group, will be presented at the Kirk Douglas Theatre, April 17 through May 19, 2012. The opening is scheduled for April 19. The world premiere production of "The Convert," a co-production with McCarter Theatre Center and Goodman Theatre, is directed by Emily Mann.

Roundabout Theatre Company recently announced the theatre organization's permanent archives, which document the company's illustrious 46-year production history. The archives are a resource for the theatre community, Roundabout's audiences, students and researchers. The cast has been set for the new work, "American Night: The Ballad of Juan Jose," written by Richard Montoya, developed by Culture Clash and Jo Bonney and directed by Bonney. "American Night," a co-production with La Jolla Playhouse, begins performances at Center Theatre Group's Kirk Douglas Theatre, March 9 after closing in La Jolla in late February. The show continues at the Douglas through April 1, 2012. Opening night is March 11.

OLD WICKED SONGS will preview on Wednesday, February 1; Thursday, February 2; and Friday, February 3 at 8:00pm and will open on Saturday, February 4 at 8:00pm and continue through Sunday, March 4 at The Colony Theatre, 555 North Third Street (at Cypress) adjacent to the Burbank Town Center.

The Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle has announced its nominations and special awards for excellence in Los Angeles, Orange County and Ventura County theatre for the year 2011. The 43rd Annual Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle Awards ceremony will take place on Monday, March 19, 2012 at A Noise Within, the acclaimed classical repertory theatre company, in its new 33,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art venue in Pasadena, thanks to the generous donation of A Noise Within's management. The theatre is located on the corner of Foothill Boulevard and Sierra Madre Villa Avenue at 3352 East Foothill Blvd., Pasadena, CA 91107. Tickets are $40, and should be reserved in advance from the LADCC's website, at www.ladramacriticscircle.com. The doors open at 6:30 p.m. for pre-show hors d'oeuvres (with no-host bar), and the show commences at 7:30 p.m.

Center Theatre Group, host of the August Wilson Monologue Competition (AWMC) in Southern California, has announced that 15 finalists have been selected to compete in the AWMC regional finals to be held at the CTG/Mark Taper Forum on March 26, 2012.

Follies just took its final Broadway ow last night, January 22, and according to the New York Times, despite its extended run, the show failed to recoup its initial investment. Michael Kaiser of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts told the HUffington Post that 'while the production did not recoup its full investment on Broadway, it did far better financially than I had planned.'

Center Theatre Group and producers Thomas Schumacher of Disney Theatrical Productions and Cameron Mackintosh announced today that "Mary Poppins" will return to the Center Theatre Group/Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles for four weeks only, August 9 through September 2, 2012, as a bonus option to the 2011-2012 Ahmanson season.
