As the star embarks TONIGHT on a new world tour, we'll celebrating Idina Menzel's birthday with a look back into the BWW Photo Archvies!

This Tuesday 19 and Wednesday 20 May, James Phillips's McQUEEN celebrated press night performances and after parties at St. James Theatre. Principal cast members Stephen Wight, Dianna Agron, Tracy-Ann Oberman, David Shaw-Parker and Laura Rees were joined by a host of special guests including the family of the great Alexander McQueen. Christina's back in London on Star Wars Day...and she's very, very tired.

The splash-hit West End stage production SINGIN' IN THE RAIN will open at Melbourne's Her Majesty's Theatre in May 2016 starring an all Australian cast including star of stage and screen Adam Garcia. Tickets will go on sale this coming Friday 8 May.

I am on my way back to the UK and happily writing this blog from the plane! Somehow, I'm always travelling to the UK on an overnight flight, right after finishing another gig. This means that I am over-excited, over-tired and yet, not sleeping. How on earth I am going to stay awake during my five-hour layover in Dublin? As tempting as it is to spend it drinking pints of Guinness, I do need to take care of my voice. After all, I am headed to Aberdeen for my run through and first performance of 'Tonight From The West End' with Kerry Ellis and Adam Garcia. 

Gypsy opened in the West End last night, Tuesday 15 April 2015 at the Savoy Theatre, London. Directed by Jonathan Kent with book by Arthur Laurents, Gypsy has music by Jule Styne, lyrics by Stephen Sondheim suggested by the memoirs of Gypsy Rose Lee, choreography by Stephen Mear, designs by Anthony Ward, musical direction and orchestration by Nicholas Skilbeck, lighting by Mark Henderson and sound by Paul Groothuis.

The winner of the Rob Guest Endowment 2013 Is Samantha - Leigh Dodemaide Last night and for the first time in Sydney, the winner of the annual Rob Guest Endowment was announced at the Gala Concert hosted by Bert Newtown at the Sydney Lyric.

The cast of ROCK OF AGES rallied the crowds at West End Live last weekend in an attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the Largest Air Guitar Ensemble. With several thousands of people rocking to 'Sweet Child O' Mine' in Trafalgar Square there's no doubt that the crowd was big enough to beat the ensemble of just 2377 in the US casino which has held the record since 2011. Yet the final decision rests with World Record officials who must decide whether the attempt qualifies according to their rules.
