Broadway's Kevin Crewell will be producing Sing For My Sister: A Benefit Concert on May 10. The event is to feature the talents of Donna McKechnie, Mary Beth Peil, Paige Davis, Will Chase, Aaron Lazar, Felicia Finley, Dan Reichard, Christiane Noll, Robert Petkoff, Steven Goldsmith, Shonn Wiley, Michael Cunio, and Michael Ingersoll.

Academy Award-winner Catherine Zeta-Jones, five-time Tony Award®-winner Angela Lansbury and Olivier Award-nominee Alexander Hanson star in the first Broadway revival of Stephen Sondheim and Hugh Wheeler's Tony Award-winning masterpiece A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC, directed by Tony Award®-winner Trevor Nunn.

Angela Lansbury will receive the Stephen Sondheim Award in Washington this Monday. In a recent interview with the Washington Post, Lansbury said she had never even considered performing in musicals until being approached by Arthur Laurents and Sondheim for Gypsy.

This week, Tony Award winner Victoria Clark (When the Rain Stops Falling, A Light in the Piazza) and Aaron Lazar (A Little Night Music, Les Misérables) appeared on THE BROADWAY LEAGUE and SIRIUS XM RADIO's weekly radio series, SIRIUS XM Live on Broadway with host Seth Rudetsky. That same day, Stephen Sondheim and the A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC cast signed copies of the album at the Walter Kerr Theatre (219 West 48th Street).

Stephen Sondheim turned 80 on Monday, March 22nd, 2010 and he celebrated this landmark event with Roundabout Theatre Company at a special performance of Sondheim on Sondheim and star-studded tribute at Roundabout's 2010 Spring Gala: Sondheim 80.

As previously reported, PS Classics and Nonesuch have partnered up to release the new Broadway cast album of Stephen Sondheim's A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC. The cast, led by Catherine Zeta-Jones and Angela Lansbury, headed into the studio January 4. The official album release date will be April 6, 2010. In a recent interview with WENN, Catherine Zeta-Jones stated that for her next film with husband Michael Douglas, she would like to do a remake of his 1989 film War of the Roses. The original film starred Douglas alongside Kathleen Turner and Danny DeVito.
