What does it mean to have agency over our lives and those around us? And what happens when we're unable to fully grasp that which intrinsically controls us? With direction by Ethan McSweeny, the world premiere play FULFILLMENT, in a co-production with The Flea Theater of New York City, boldly examines this theme of agency and the quest to live a 'successful' life. This compelling construct makes for an intense, often uncomfortable, and extremely provocative 90 minutes on the stage.
Compared with his past plays, this one's almost chaste.
Thomas Bradshaw (Job, Dawn, Burning, Purity, Prophet) returns to The Flea with the world premiere of Fulfillment, a new comedy that will have everyone shouting. Directed by Ethan McSweeny (The Best Man, A Time to Kill), previews start September 11, with opening night slated for Monday, September 21.

The building was deemed unsafe and all the guests were evacuated by the FDNY. The cancellation of the event and on-site auction left Soho Rep. with a projected end-of-the-fiscal-year deficit of $68,000.
