Each of the five selected recipient receives £1000, as well as technical, marketing and creative support from Iris Theatre to develop and present their work as part of the Summer Festival. Each artist receives 50% of their production's box office revenue.

Following Second Skin Theatre's hit production of Quills by Doug Wright, the company celebrates the holiday season with a tale of a middle-class Christmas reunion that hastens a haunting. "N16's resident theatre company" (N16 Magazine) has commissioned local playwright Duncan Stevens to write a new adaptation of the BBC 1972 series The Exorcism, set on Stoke Newington Church Street and staged at the White Rabbit Theatre from November 28 to December 16.
