The 5th Annual New York Indie Theatre One-minute Play Festival Comes To New Ohio Theatre

The 5th ANNUAL NEW YORK INDIE THEATRE ONE-MINUTE PLAY FESTIVAL (#1MPF) returns to for its fifth year, in partnership with New Ohio Theatre. The 5th Annual NY Indie 1MPF runs three performances only; Sunday, June 2nd, Monday, June 3rd, and Tuesday, June 4th at 8pm. All performances are at New Ohio Theatre (154 Christopher Street). Tickets, priced at $20, are available at newohiotheatre.org.

Local Public Relations Professionals Recognized with Image Awards

The Central West Coast Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association (CWC-FPRA) recognized the area's best work in public relations achievements at its "Image Awards Luncheon: Mining for Diamonds' on April 19. The local Image Awards competition is conducted annually to recognize outstanding public relations programs in the area and to encourage and promote the development of the public relations profession. 2014 Music Academy of the West Marilyn Horne Song Competition to Launch National Recital Tour

Soprano Michelle Bradley and pianist Michael Gaertner, winners of the 2014 Music Academy of the West Marilyn Horne Song Competition, will perform a program of lieder, spirituals, and other works by Beethoven, Strauss, Duparc, Faure, Poulenc, Bachelet, and H.T. Dallas Opera Expands Titus Series
