Top celebrity auctioneer Erin Ward has helped raise more than a million dollars for GLAAD this year, the latest haul for the LGBTQ advocacy group coming during Saturday's celeb-packed GLAAD Media Awards. Now the fundraiser has her sights set on creating opportunities for the nation's girls at the Girls Inc. of New York City Annual Spring Gala at Cipriani Broadway on Wednesday.

TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD, one of the most popular and best-loved stories in American literature, returns to the Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park for the first time in more than 20 years in a thought-provoking and visually exciting new production. Christopher Sergel's adaptation of Harper Lee's coming-of-age story will be introduced to a new generation on the Playhouse's Robert S. Marx Theatre stage from March 5 through April 3, 2016. The innovative production of the classic story, which is both timeless and timely, features the Playhouse debut of Obie Award-winning director and Associate Artist Eric Ting.

Queen City Flash, a new Flash Mob-style theater company, debuts with THE COMPLETE TOM: 1. ADVENTURES, based on the works of Mark Twain and adapted by Trey Tatum, Aug. 20 through 28, 2014. Directed by Cincinnati Art Ambassador Fellow Bridget Leak, this production is funded by the City of Cincinnati.

The Hard Rock Cafes in Las Vegas were honored by Nevada PEP for their partnership with the charity during the month of March. Nevada PEP's Community Development Director, Stephanie Vrsnik, presented both Hard Rock Cafe locations with plaques in appreciation of their efforts. Check out the photos of the occasion below!

In the spirit of their motto of "Take Time to Be Kind", both Hard Rock Cafe locations in Las Vegas are starting a year-long program called "Rock the Cause." The cafes will choose a specific cause each month and activate by doing volunteer work, raising funds or collecting items for different charitable organizations throughout Las Vegas and Southern Nevada.
