Epix has renewed Get Shorty for a a seven-episode third season, according to Deadline. The dark comedy is one of Epix's three original three scripted series, along with Berlin Station and Graves, and comes from the now-sole owner MGM.

The Paley Center for Media announced today that it will host its 12th annual PaleyFest Fall TV Previews September 6-16, 2018, at the Paley Center's Beverly Hills location. Based in part on the 1990 Elmore Leonard novel of the same name, the 10-episode original series follows Miles Daly (O'Dowd), a hitman from Nevada who tries to become a movie producer in Hollywood as a means to leave his criminal past behind and win back his recently-estranged family.  There, he meets Rick Moreweather (Romano), a washed up producer of low quality films who is desperately hanging on to the rungs of Hollywood relevancy and begrudgingly becomes Miles' partner and guide through the maze of show business.  See a special sneak peek from the new series below!
