Theater 2020, Brooklyn Heights resident professional theater company continues its popular Hearthside Reading Series at the Brooklyn Public library, with a FREE reading of the rarely heard Moss Hart & George S. Kaufman comedy "George Washington Slept Here" on Saturday October 10th at 2pm.
The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel has launched the 2013 spring season at the legendary Café Carlyle. The spring season commences with Tony Award Nominees Howard McGillin and Rebecca Luker who will bring their program entitled 'Broadway Romance' to the Carlyle through January 26.

On Tuesday, February 3rd, beloved star of stage and screen Nathan Lane, celebrated his birthday at The Cafe Carlyle in Manhattan by taking in a performance of Christine Ebersole's acclaimed cabaret concert. Ms. Ebersole sang 'Happy Birthday' to Mr. Lane in the style of Marilyn Monroe. Also in attendance at the event were Rupert Everett, Michael Blakemore, Rob Ashford, Chris Noth, Anne Kaufman Schneider (playwright George S. Kaufman's daughter), Scott Wittman and Andrea Martin.
On Wednesday September 10th, Atlantic Theater Company (Neil Pepe, Artistic Director; Andrew D.
