Adam Frost-Venrick

BIO

Adam Frost-Venrick is an actor, writer, director and clown, based in Los Angeles. A graduate of Ohio’s Denison University and the National Theater in Connecticut, Adam has been making a name for himself as a film, TV and stage actor, as well as a voice over talent.

He has appeared in feature films by the likes of Mike Cuenca and various crime/court shows (they haven’t nailed him yet!) and Emma Estrada’s acclaimed web series "Peach Fuzz."

His clown show "Better U" was met with critical acclaim last fringe and his solo play "I’m a Nice Man." was nominated for Best in Fest and Best Solo Show at the 30 Minutes or Less Festival in Hollywood in January 2025.

Adam has also appeared in the sea shanty jukebox musical "Blow the Man Down" written by Spencer Frankeberger and directed by Lennon Hobson. He is the director of the short film "Stray," the off-broadway play "Red Pill Blues" by William Main, and the performance art/solo play "Safety Stew," written and performed by B.K. Wong.

Adam has previously acted under friend and collaborator B.K. Wong in "Intrusive Thoughts" and "Domesticated Wolves" (both 2024). In 2025, he co-founded the sketch comedy team "Scheele's Green" with fellow actor, writer and comedian Conor Copley. The duo made their stage debut together in their eponymous Hollywood fringe show in 2025.

When not writing or acting, Adam enjoys reading, cooking, playing music and spending time with his cat Milton. He is on Instagram and TikTok as @unky_mr_venrick.
