F.A.Q's:

What Should I wear? Wear Comfortable Clothing! I recommend wearing layers.

What will I be doing? We will begin with a brief introduction, then I will be taking you through a guided relaxation exercise followed by a guided sensory exercise. We will close with a Q & A . 

Do I need to have my camera on the whole time? Yes, reason being is so that I can check in to see if you are following along. If this is an issue for you, please let me know.

How many people will be attending? We keep the class sizes small.
