In the cultural chaos of 1994, amid the fallout from a deadly high school shooting
allegedly sparked by his music, a reclusive Rock Star named Lynx is dragged into
the spotlight for a televised interview that spirals into national spectacle.
At the height of Satanic Panic, Rock 'n Roll is under siege — and media mogul Seth
Wolf, head of L.A.’s biggest indie label, fanatically insists Lynx is no ordinary star.
He’s the Alien Messiah, sent to Earth to save our youth through music. But when
an Evangelical pastor is invited to debate him on air, things go off-script — fast.
Lynx’s buried past is unearthed on live TV, and what starts as a PR stunt explodes
into chaos.
Betrayed by his inner circle, Lynx vanishes from the studio, sparking a surreal
manhunt led by Seth and his team of sycophants. Their goal? Put Lynx back on
stage and fulfill his “destiny”— whether he’s ready or not.
As Lynx performs his final, soul-baring number before a frenzied crowd, he's
gunned down. Is it a tragic accident? A corporate sacrifice? Or the masterstroke
of a cult that confuses celebrity with salvation?
