HEATHERS, The Musical High School Edition is based on the 1988 cult film HEATHERS starring Winona Ryder and Christian Slater. Veronica, a high school senior, is plucked from nothingness by the ultimate vicious clique of the three Heathers: Heather Chandler, Heather Duke, and Heather McNamara. When mysterious new kid JD arrives, he and Veronica team up to put an end to their bullying—at whatever the cost. The musical is written by Laurence O'Keefe and Kevin Murphy and while the topics are serious, this rock and roll show entertains using clever dark humor, keeping audiences engaged until the last note is played.
