Music Legend Dionne Warwick to Perform "Don't Make Me Over-One Night Only" June 27th, 2025 as the final act at the historic Apollo Theater in Harlem before closing its doors for a two-year renovation.
In a celebratory homecoming, six-time Grammy-winning music legend, Rock&Roll Hall of Famer & Kennedy Center Honoree DIONNE WARWICK will appear at Harlem's iconic APOLLO Theater on June 27, 2025, at 8:00pm, as the historic institution's final act before it closes its doors for a two-year renovation.
Warwick's one-woman show, "Don't Make Me Over, One Night Only," will highlight the music icon's over six-decade career (she first appeared on the Apollo Theater stage in 1958 as a teen), with her performance of chart-topping songs ("Say a Little Prayer," "Walk on By," "Do You Know the Way to San Jose?" among many others), multi-media clips and footage, storytelling, testimonials, and entertaining anecdotes.
Warwick will be joined on stage by special guests and behind-the-scenes exclusives showcasing her legendary work with Burt Bacharach & Hal David, as well as her activism as U.S. Ambassador of Health and leadership at the forefront of the fight against HIV/AIDS, raising unprecedented awareness and millions of dollars with her hit recording, "That's What Friends Are For" at the helm.
