This summer, Voyage Theater Company is pleased to present Life In Plastic, written and performed by Tessa Flannery and directed by Rebecca Cunningham, as part of the 6th Annual Planet Connections Theatre Festivity. The Festivity will take place May 12 through June 8 at the Paradise Factory.

Barbie has been a fixture in pop culture for over 50 years, for better or worse. This solo performance explores one woman's relationship with the childhood icon, and ponders the effects of a Barbie-dominated girlhood. Warning: this performance contains nude Barbies.

Life In Plastic will raise funds for the Urban Justice Center in New York City.

Life In Plastic plays the following schedule as part of the Planet Connections Theatre Festivity: Monday, May 26th at 5:30pm, Saturday, May 31st at 9:30pm, and Sunday, June 1st at 2pm.

Tickets are $18 and can be purchased at www.planetconnections.org/life-in-plastic/.
