THE TITLE SHOULD BE SPOKEN OUT LOUD AROUND THREE-QUARTERS IN Gets World Premiere at Theater for the New City

By:

Critically acclaimed playwright AnTony Raymond's new play, The Title Should Be Spoken Out Loud Around Three-Quarters In will have its World Premiere at Theater For The New City's Dream Up Festival on September 12. Raymond, is the Artistic Director of Elsinore County, previous writing/directing credits include JULIO!, Pretty Babies, and yeah i met this girl.

The Title Should Be Spoken Out Loud Around Three-Quarters In is a comical drama that satirizes the tropes and culture of contemporary theater. Convinced that "comedy is the new drama," this play subtly offers a dialogue about certain unhelpful practices in theater criticism and about the nature of playwriting and the concepts of the muse.

The cast features Greg Bell, Christopher Heard, JJ Pyle and Eric Doviak. The creative team includes choreography by Bronn Blackwaters, and lightning design by Daryl Embry.

Performances take place at the Johnson Theater at Theater for the New City, 155 First Ave. (Between 9th & 10th Street). Subways: F to 2nd Avenue, L to 1st Avenue, 6 to Astor Place. Tickets are $18.00 and are available by calling 212- 254-1109 or online at www.dreamupfestival.org
