TABLE WORK at PIT Loft August 3rd
Table Work is a staged reading series brought to you by New York comedians Alex Estrada and Ronan Babbitt. Each month, they gather a team of comedians and actors to give their best read of an unsellable screenplay, baffling dramatic work, or hardcore fan fiction. Trust us: you won't see anything like it.
This month's feature: F'ed Up. After graduating from college, young Cecelia Shaw is unable to find a job and is forced to move back in with her rapidly disintegrating family. It sounds sad, but it's not.
Featuring the performing talents of Ali McGhee, Anne Victoria Clark, Mark Metivier, Jake Hyland, Mark Levy, and Mr. Babbitt with stage directions by Mr. Estrada. Their performance and writing credits include the USA Network, Univision's the Flama Digital Comedy Network, Splitsider, Funny or Die, NYC Sketchfest, and house teams at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater and Peoples Improv Theater in New York City. They should all have websites.
