Ron Abel (pictured, with Luba Mason) the award-winning composer and arranger, is set to perform his hilarious, unforgettable song, "All the Good Men are Gay," at the famous Jazz venue Birdland in New York on Monday, October 20, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. Written with producer Bruce Newberg, Ron will delight the audience with this uproarious melody and perform a bevy of original songs from his musical library.
Originally from Ron's Show, "Gay 90s, Looking Back, Moving On," "All the Good Men are Gay" has developed a groundswell of adoration with such kitschy lines as "Where can I have an affair? Who's not enamored of Cher," and "If a guy makes me tingle, he's either not single or straight from Jeoffrey Ballet." Additionally, performances are occurring all over the country. One such artist, stage and television star,
Joely Fisher, put her definitive stamp on the song during Ron's sold out performance at the historic Pantages Theater in Los Angeles, CA earlier this year. Click
