Puppet Playlist # 9: One Hit Wonders plays Thursday, November 11, 2010, 7:30pm and Friday, November 12, 2010 7:30pm & 9:30pm - $7/$8 at The Tank at 354 W. 45th Street, New York, NY 10036

About The Show

PUPPET PLAYLIST takes brilliant puppeteers and talented musicians and slams them together into an evening of live theater to stir the senses -- based on a musical theme selected by the audience. And this time, it's One Hit Wonders -- those sparkling musical gems that shone once, while the bands that sang them sank forever into obscurity.
The Playlist will feature original works of puppetry inspired by songs by any bands or musicians who had one hit and then were forgotten, mixed with live musical interpretations by some of New York's most exciting young singer-songwriters.

Featuring pieces by: Carole D'Agostino, Emily DeCola & Eric Wright, Peter Musante & Margot Fitzsimmons, Marina Tsaplina, Jake Bazel, Jesse Garrison and Leslie Carrara-Rudolph.

Music performed by: Jeremiah Lockwood, Mappa Mundi, Great Republic of Rough & Ready, Matt Singer and Anna Leuchtenberger
