Photo Flash: First Look at Three Day Hangover's DRUNKLE VANYA
Three Day Hangover will present NYC's only boozy Chekhov, DRUNKLE VANYA, based on Anton Chekhov's Uncle Vanya, adapted and directed by Lori Wolter Hudson and running now through September 18, 2014 (all performances at 8pm) at The Gin Mill, 442 Amsterdam Avenue, (bet. 81st and 82nd Streets), New York, NY 10024. BroadwayWorld has a first look at the cast in action below!
Oh, the (Cards Against) Humanity! That's right, people. Get ready for family game night gone terribly awry when we pair up Chekhov's Uncle Vanya with "the party game for horrible people." In this unique and beautifully tragic adaptation, we'll play games, enjoy practical jokes and take shots of all kinds with our favorite angsty Russians! What could be more refreshing than slinging back some chilled vodka with Three Day Hangover's very own Drunkle Vanya?
The cast features: Joel Rainwater*; Amanda Sykes*; David Hudson*; Leah Walsh*; Sean Tarrant*; and Josh Sauerman. *Actor is appearing courtesy of Actors' Equity Association in an Equity approved showcase. Assistant directed by Vichet Chum with graphic design by Ligature Creative.
Tickets: $15 available at ThreeDayHangover.com or drunklevanya.brownpapertickets.com. Runtime: 2 hours with one 10-minute intermission.
