Naked in a Fishbowl Retuns to NYC 5/16

Following two successful seasons at the Soho Playhouse, Naked in a Fishbowl, which CBS Radio called "A breath of fresh air. It's "Sex and the City" without the clichés," will play for six performances this summer at The PIT (123 East 24th St) starting on Monday, May 16th, bringing its signature brand of raw humor, startling honesty, and infectious comedy.

Guest appearances so far: Michelle Krusiec (What Happens in Vegas, "Dirty, Sexy Money") will join Naked in a Fishbowl on June 13th and returning for the fun, Award-winning radio personality Valerie Smaldone (DateTBA).

This outrageous improvised sitcom chronicles the hilarious and startling honesty between six friends in New York City. Fully improvised and filmed live, fans return every week to watch "knockout" performances that WCBS calls "Smart, honest, and definitely fearless."

This breakthrough show is the first web sitcom to be filmed in front of a live audience, blurring the lines between theater, TV, and webisodes. Episodes have been viewed and downloaded from all over the world.

Naked in a Fishbowl, starring Katharine Heller, Brenna Palughi, Lauren Seikaly, Molly Knefel, Daliya Karnofsky, and Rachel Axelrod, wowed New York audiences during the 2007 NY International Fringe Festival and the cast was presented with the Outstanding Ensemble Award, hailed as the "brightest lights of the festival." Naked in a Fishbowl is presented by Dragonchase Productions and the ensemble is led by Laura Brienza.
