Belly up to the bar with New York's "Best Story Hour" (The Village Voice Best of NY), as Naked Girls Reading NYC ties one on for NAKED GIRLS DRINKING. The hit nude literary salon presents a very special evening of readings dedicated to ethanol and all its many uses and abuses: featuring historical musings on The Demon Drink, toasts both witty and wicked, and incoherent booze-fueled ramblings by some of literature's most famous drunks. For February only Naked Girls Reading will move to the spacious Kraine Theater (with a full-service bar conveniently located just steps away) - where, just a week before Valentines' Day, you can prepare to toast a new love or drown your sorrows with the Naked Girls.

Host and toastmaster Nasty Canasta welcomes Velocity Chyaldd, Gal Friday, Sapphire Jones and very special guest, Seattle's 'Golden Glamazon' Sydni Deveraux to raise a glass and get three sheets to the wind. Naked Girls Reading NYC is the perfect intimate live event: a monthly nude literary salon featuring in-the-buff readings by local burlesque luminaries, professional librarians, authors and other Naked Girls. Past themes have included Banned Books, Science Fiction and Tween Lit, as well as their annual holiday presentation of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol. Guests to the salon are invited to sip a drink and listen with their eyes wide open as full-frontal literature meets fine art in an intimate theatrical setting.
