Michael Coale Grey, Remy Zaken and DeShawn Bowens To Lead Workshop Of A (FUNNY) IMAGINATION

Casting has been announced for the upcoming workshop performance of A (Funny) Imagination! It is written and directed by KEVIN Ray Johnson (The Unpredictable Times).

The performance will take place on September 27th, at The Dixon Place.

Michael Coale Grey, Remy Zaken (Dear Evan Hansen, OBC Spring Awakening 'Thea') and DeShawn Bowens will reprise their roles of Dee, Tricia and EmVee respectively from the first two readings that took place last March. Joining them will be Frank Ruiz as Rog and Rachael Henry Johnson as Dee's Sister & Others.

The One-Act follows Dee as he reunites ten years after graduating Highschool with Tricia and EmVee to discuss unresolved issues from the past that completely altered their relationship for the rest of their lives. Dee recalls the events that led him to the point of where he now is physically, socially and mentally.

A (Funny) Imagination! Is an Unauthorized Parody based on characters from the cartoon 'Doug' as young adults.
