The improvisers of MacGuffin have teamed up with the The Tank Theater (354 West 45th Street, New York, NY 10036) for a six week run at the Off-Broadway Theater Complex. After a successful run at the popular theater, MacGuffin has joined forces with the puppet improv troupe SkrappBox for this latest run of shows.

The improvisers of MacGuffin perform a montage of scenes where they explore different places, people, and situations inspired an audience suggestion of a single location. True to its name, MacGuffin is always one step ahead of the audience's expectations. Its members have studied with some of the finest improv theatres in the country. MacGuffin was also an official selection at the 2010 Chicago Improv Festival, where they were hailed by Annoyance Theater co-founder Mark Sutton for their "ability to find depth in the simplest things."

The Tank is a non-profit arts presenter in the heart of Manhattan. Through low-cost, high-concept arts and public affairs programming, The Tank provides a welcoming creative environment for artists and activists engaged in the pursuit of new ideas.
