Ken Wydro's SECRETS Plays TBG Theatre, Now thru 3/10
SECRETS, The Untold Story of Sigmund Freud & Carl Jung, an original play written and directed by Ken Wydro, is being presented at TBG Theatre, February 11-March 10. SECRETS has set design by Zhanna Gurvich, lighting design by Nicholas Houfek and costume design by Jennifer Raskopf. Jennifer Sherron Stock* serves as production stage manager, and assistant to the director is Rebekah Hughston.
SECRETS dramatizes the intense personal & professional relationship between Sigmund Freud & Carl Gustav Jung in the early years of psychoanalysis, 1907 - 1913. Based on the 1000 letters shared by Freud & Jung, SECRETS was presented to an enthusiastic SRO audience at the Freud Museum in London on Nov. 7, 2012, directed by Lucy Bailey of the Royal Shakespeare Company.
Starring in SECRETS are Anita Anthonj, Demetri Bonaros*, Cooper Grodin*, John Michalski* & Natalia Volkadaeva.Ken Wydro (Author/Director) is a published writer, a produced lyricist & librettist, a seasoned director & an active Broadway, Off-Broadway & West End producer. His original musical, Mama I Want to Sing! co-created with his wife Vy Higginsen, will celebrate 30 years of world-wide performances with a gala event on March 23, 2013, at the Dempsey Theater in Harlem. A tour of Japan is planned for December, commemorating 25 years of performing in the country. Ken's shows have employed thousands of musical & theatrical talents in several cities & countries & it ain't over yet!
