Isle of Shoals Productions, Inc Sets Cast for New Musical LOVE COURT

Isle of Shoals Productions announces their cast for the world premiere of their new musical, Love Court, an irreverent look at romantic entanglements in the modern workplace, loosely modeled on Shakespeare's Measure for Measure.

Book and lyrics for Love Court are by BRyan Williams, which features music by Joe Ferrante and will be directed by Stephen Ryan. Performances are September 7th-17th, 2017 at the Robert Moss Theatre in New York City.

Isle of Shoals Productions, Inc. is a non-profit theatre company located in New York City now in its 22nd season, winner of 4 New York Innovative Theatre Awards (8 nominations).

It's been a few years, the champagne in Justin and Marianne's marriage has grown a little flat, and their anthem is "I miss wanting you." Justin is a dedicated Human Resources professional in a large corporation. Marianne is a Humanities professor at the local college. While investigating a charge brought against a mid-level manager, Nick, by his secretary Nadine, Justin becomes infatuated with Nick's sister Gianella, while in the meantime Marianne is falling for one of her students. Company and school policy are banished to the sidelines as the wayward couples succumb to Cupid's merry dance...but what happens when the music stops?
