Due to Sandy related complications and scheduling conflicts, the show this Friday, November 2nd, at the Gotham Storytelling Festival has been cancelled.

If you already purchased a ticket, email howilearned@gmail.com so that How I Learned can make sure you get a refund. The festival sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience. The festival is still taking place and is in the process of rescheduling. Check the website for details.

The next show is the second-ever "How I Learned" storytelling and reading slam STORYTIMES. It's free, it's on Thursday, November 15th at Happy Ending at 8pm.

HOW I LEARNED is a live monthly series featuring writers, storytellers, comedians, bloggers, and other raconteurs holding forth on lessons learned, unlearned, relearned, or in progress. Called "hip" and "energetic," and named one of the best series of its kind by Time Out New York, How I Learned happens once a month, and sometimes more than that, which just basically means you will have the best night of your life on those nights, repeatedly.
