End Times Productions Presents MANSION: THE MUSICAL, 10/3-12/19

EndTimes Productions will present a return engagement of Annoyance Theater's cult hit MANSON: THE MUSICAL! A long-running 1990's hit in Chicago, this dark musical comedy about Charles Manson features music, book and lyrics by Annoyance Theater (developed through improv by its members -- including Kate Flannery of The Office). It premiered in New York in October 2009 and ran for 4 months. This new production, which is directed by Russell Dobular, begins performances October 3rd at Ace of Clubs Theater. Opening is slated for October 24th.

MANSON: THE MUSICAL! is the story of an aspiring musician named Charles Manson. With an affinity for hallucinogenic drugs, group sex, and random violence, Manson and his cult of misfits prepare for "Helter Skelter", a prophesied war among the races in the US. This revolutionary "Family" musical features guest appearances by The Beatles, Sharon Tate, The Beach Boys and more.

MANSON: THE MUSICAL! stars Dylan Weinberger, Alex Dunbar, Kevin Paul Smith, Danielle Cautela, Emily Woo Zeller, Molly McAdoo, Briana Packen, Lena Hudson, Sarah Marek, Chris Cornwell, Anthony Mead, Alessandro Colla, Marek Sapieyevski, Victoria Clare, Cheri Paige Fogelman, and Leal Vona with a production team including Leah Dashe (Assistant Director), SeRena Miller (Musical Director), Marek Sapieyevski (Assistant Musical Director), Stefan Bensaid (Sound Engineer), Tiffany Herrioett (Choreographer), Heather Lee Harper (Dance Captain), Chris Cornwell (Set) and Jeremy Pape (Lighting).

Russell Dobular is a New York native, born and raised in Flushing, Queens. His plays have been presented in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco, including the hits Backseats and Bathroom Stalls, Angel Shit, and Everybody Dies and The Godling (which earned him Best Director at the 2009 San Francisco Fringe Festival). Currently the Artistic Director of EndTimes, Dobular also served as the founding Artistic Director of Horse Trade Theater Group from 1997-2000.

EndTimes Productions is an independent Theater/Film Production Company founded in New York City in 2006. Its mission is to foster emerging artists and provide them with new creative outlets. EndTimes provides its artists with free rehearsal space, staff support, complete coverage of production expenses, and, for young directors, a mentoring program in which they assist more experienced directors on full productions. Past productions include Knuckleball (NYC and Edinburgh), Naked Holiday, Easy Outs, and Dead Lawyers. EndTimes' production of The Godling won Best Ensemble, the Sold Out Award, and Best Director at the San Francisco Fringe Festival. They are also the producers of "Vignettes for the Apocalypse", New York's longest running sci-fi/horror theater festival.
