Encore Performer Stephanie Satie Returns to United Solo Festival

Award-winning actor/writer Stephanie Satie returns as an Encore performer to the United Solo Festival with Coming to America, a stirring portrait gallery of ten women whose lives have been transformed, first by extraordinary events in their country of birth, then by their response to America.

Recently expanded to include women from Iraq and Syria, Coming to America is a moving response to our current political climate.

Under the direction of Anita Khanzadian, Satie embodies ten women from diverse countries spanning four decades of immigration. "Nine fascinating women, each character so distinctive you forget it's the same actor." - The Loyolan (USC). This engrossing work returns to United Solo for one-performance only.
