Katherine Wilkinson will replace the previously announced Julia Sears as director of Jacob Marx Rice's ROSENSTRASSE: A NARRATIVE PROTEST.

THE COLONY cast will feature Gabrielle Young as Carrie, Dara O'Brien* as Emma, Alinca Hamilton* as Nurse/Vivian and Quinn Roll* as Doctor.

ROSENSTRASSE: A NARRATIVE PROTEST cast will feature Rebecca-Anne Whittaker as Doris, Piera Calabro as Marta, Sydney Berk as Ilse, Ian Bell as Guard 1, Ian Whitt as Guard 2, and Lorenzo Landini* as Kurt.

Both productions are Stage Managed by Anna Aschliman.

THE COLONY tells the story of a young woman named Carrie Buck who arrives at a mysterious medical facility. Where is her daughter? What is this place? Why is she here? Based on true events surrounding the 1927 Supreme Court case Buck vs. Bell, THE COLONY explores the xenophobia and reckless patriotism that swept through America nearly a hundred years ago, and the present-day reverberations of this controversial legacy.

ROSENSTRASSE: A NARRATIVE PROTEST tells the story of a group of German housewives staged the only open protest against the Nazi regime in 1943, at the height of World War II. Based on an incredible true story, ROSENSTRASSE follows three women trying to save their Jewish husbands from deportation to the concentration camps. Ilse, Marta and Doris must overcome their differences and come to terms with their complicity in order to protect those they love.

Content Warning: ROSENSTRASSE is an immersive play about a real-life protest movement in Nazi Germany that asks audience members to participate in the protest. We think this story, like democracy, is best experienced as a participant. However, if you do not want to participate, you can elect to have no interactions with the actors and be seated in a dedicated, non-immersive section of the audience. You will be asked if you wish to participate or be a bystander when picking up your ticket at the theater.
