STAGE TUBE: 50 SHADES! THE MUSICAL PARODY's Tim Murray Interviews Moviegoers, Tourists

Tim Murray of Off-Broadway's 50 SHADES! THE MUSICAL PARODY recently interviewed moviegoers on the film's opening day, and also asked people in Times Square to read from the book, FIFTY SHADES OF GREY. Check out the videos below!

The cast features Daniel Bentley (Hairspray), Jack Boice (Phantom of the Opera International Tour), Tim Murray(MTV's "White House Down"), Amber Petty (voice of Sirius/XM's Radio Margaritaville), Caroline Reade (Evita), Casey Rogers (Catch Me If You Can), Alec Varcas (Spamalot), Ashley Ward (Baby Wants Candy), Chloe Williamson (Save The Date) and Zach Kononov (Spring Awakening).

Since author E.L. James' book was published, more than 100 million copies have been sold worldwide. The novel became the fastest selling paperback book ever, beating out J.K Rowling's Harry Potter series, and was on the New York Times' Best Sellers List for 16 weeks straight. There have been more than 60 printings of the book and Universal Studios will release the film on February 14, 2015. The book has made reading erotica on the subway acceptable.
