God Tastes Like Chicken

Sketch Block Sunday
Sunday, January 10 @ 9pm $5

The Adam Wade Show @ 7pm
BTK Band @ 9pm
Monday, January 11 $5
Moth storytelling favorite, Adam Wade, has put together many of his winning heartfelt and humorous stories for a special show. He'll also sing a few songs, and play video shorts. No two shows will be the same. A different featured guest will start the evening off. The BTK Band, NYC's hardest-drinking improvised storytelling rock band, will follow Adam. Raconteurs regale the audience with true stories from their lives while music and lyrics are improvised to turn their stories into songs. As if Tom Waits and The Moth delivered a baby from the gaping maw of Chaos.

(a)muse collective Solo Series: No Traveler
Sunday, January 17 @ 8pm $12
When Abigail killed herself she thought it would be the end. Instead she finds herself still awake, still aware and stuck. In a purgatory that is oddly similar to her own apartment she is unwillingly sent back to life for only moments at a time where she is confronted with a person about to commit suicide. What she does in those moments are her choice and will decide her fate. A comedy about suicide that asks the very serious question, what would you say to save a life?

TOLD
An evening of themed storytelling
Monday, January 18 @ 7pm Pay-What-You-Will
TOLD is a monthly storytelling show hosted by Seth Lind. Each month New York's best performers take the stage to tell true stories related to a central theme. A special guest provides interludes to glue the evening together into a collective experience.

Revealed Burlesque
Wednesday, January 20 @ 10pm $20
Revealed is a cutting-edge burlesque show with a sinfully dirty twist. This unique and extra-sultry night features the sexiest, most notorious burlesque performers in New York City, as you've never seen them before! Come experience an evening of salacious striptease and skin, where the climax of each number leaves everything...revealed.

Soul Glo
Thursday, January 21 @ 10:30pm $5
Soul Glo is a variety show starring the all African-American cast of Nobody's Token performing a completely improvised sitcom. The show also features multi-cultural stand-up and sketch comedy by some of the most talented underground comics in New York.
