It's the winter of 2040, and the world has changed - but maybe not by much. Timothy's wife has just left him, and he isn't taking it well. His sisters, Tara and Kris, are trying to help him cope while wrestling with their own lives and loves. The three of them seem to spend a lot of time in their basements, and the kids are starting to ask questions. This subterranean comedy explores how one family hangs on when technology fails and communication breaks down.

Scenic design is by Arnulfo Mald0naldo (Generations), with lighting design by Eric Southern (Pocatello), sound design by Leah Gelpe (The Invisible Hand), and costume design by Jessica Pabst (The Heidi Chronicles). Megan Schwarz Dickert serves as production stage manager and Chip Rodgers as production manager.

PAGE 73's most recent world premiere production, Clare Barron's YOU GOT OLDER directed by Obie Award-winner Anne Kauffman, received two Obie Awards and was nominated for 4 2015 Drama Desk Awards, including Outstanding Play. Other recent New York premiere productions include George Brant's critically acclaimed GROUNDED, directed by two-time Obie Award-winner Ken Rus Schmoll and starring Drama Desk nominee Hannah Cabell; and WHEN JANUARY FEELS LIKE SUMMER by Cori Thomas, directed by Daniella Topol, co-produced with Ensemble Studio Theatre. Founded in 1997, PAGE 73 has made a name as a home for the development and production of new work by early-career playwrights, seeking out writers who are yet to be produced in New York City and offering a crucial steppingstone at a critical, early point in their careers. Each year, PAGE 73 produces New York City or world premieres by early-career playwrights and offers a slate of new play development programs: the P73 Playwriting Fellowship, which provides a $10,000 award and a yearlong artistic home to one writer annually; the week-long Summer Residency; and Interstate 73, a yearlong writing group.
