AN EVENING AT THE CARLYLE will begin performances off-Broadway Monday, June 8 at 7PM at the Algonquin Theater (123 East 24th Street). Performances will continue for four weeks, running Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights at 7PM until June 30. Directed by Tom Herman with musical direction by David Wolfson, AN EVENING AT THE CARLYLE is new musical review with book, music and lyrics by Albert M. Tapper.

During AN EVENING AT THE CARLYLE, at the famed Bemelmans Bar, veteran bartender Tommy encounters an eclectic, humorous and occasionally infuriating variety of New Yorkers - neurotic barflies, frustrated renters, Sondheim haters and Sinatra fanatics, ex-con executives, thwarted lovers and even a surprise celebrity or two.

AN EVENING AT THE CARLYLE stars Amanda Gabbard ("One Life to Live"), Dennis Holland (The Music Man), Kelli Maguire (A Wonderful Life), Michael F. McGuirk ("As The World Turns) and Dan Stone (Forbidden Broadway, Rocky Horror Picture Show).

The creative team includes John McDermott (Set Design), Brant Thomas Murray (Lighting Design), Cathy Small (Costume Design) and Josh Liebert (Sound Design).

The playing schedule for AN EVENING AT THE CARLYLE is Sunday-Tuesday at 7pm. All seats are $18 and are available by visiting www.smarttix.com or by calling 212-868-4444. Senior and student discount tickets are available for $12.
