Ailey II's 12 rising stars will take the stage at The Joyce Theater April 13 - 22 for seven exciting performances of new choreography and repertory favorites.

Ailey II's young dancers are universally renowned for their ability to combine vibrant spirit and elegant style in their passionate stirring performances. Under the artistic direction of Sylvia Waters for the past 35 years, the company continues to awe and inspire audiences across North America. Returning to the Joyce with enthusiastic energy, the company presents: Divining, by Judith Jamison; Essence, by Christopher Huggins; Echoes, by Thang Dao and Proximity, by Carlos Dos Santos.
