“The greatest contribution to American circus since Cirque du Soleil” (Spectacle Magazine), Cirque Mechanics returns to the Hylton Center with the thrills and spectacles of the circus performed by modern acrobats and aerialists. In Tilt!, Cirque Mechanics takes its audience on a journey to the backlot of its buzzing theme park, under the lights of roaring rollercoasters and an impressive Ferris wheel. Together since 2004, the troupe was nominated for a 2022–23 Drama Desk Award in the “Unique Theatrical Experience” category. “Intelligently conceived and expertly executed” (The New York Times), Cirque Mechanics invites the whole family to step into their “amusement park” for an astonishing performance that’s sure to leave audiences breathless.
This performance is appropriate for all ages.
