The Alden Theatre Opens 2009-10 Season With HAPPILY EVER AFTER: A CINDERELLA TALE 10/10

The Alden Theatre will open its 2009-2010 McLean Kids Performance Series for Children with Pushcart Player's production of Happily Ever After: A Cinderella Tale. The show will be presented at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 10. Tickets are $14/$10 for McLean district residents. The Alden Theatre is located at 1234 Ingleside Avenue.

A Cinderella Tale is a musical adaptation of a legend first told more than a thousand years ago in China. Known to most today as Cinderella, the fairytale tells of a young girl's ability to overcoming adversity and the importance of making good decisions. Audiences love the music, the magic and the many funny, beautiful and zany characters in Pushcart's production. The show is recommended for children ages 4 years old and older.
