Morgan Taylor, who New York Magazine named "Best Kids' Performer" in 2008, will perform his popular Gustafer Yellowgold concert at McLean's Alden Theatre. The show will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 21. Tickets are $12, $8 for McLean district residents. The theatre is located at 1234 Ingleside Avenue.
Gustafer Yellowgold is a friendly creature who came to Earth from the sun and has made friends with some of Earth's odder creatures like a flightless Pterodactyl named Forrest, a pet eel named Slim (short for Slimothy) and a pet dragon named Asparagus. Gustafer lives in a small cottage-style home on The Edge of an uncharted wooded area in Minnesota. The concert is a unique blend of live music and moving images. The animated illustrations are accompanied by illustrator/songwriter Taylor's catchy and original story-songs creating a unique multimedia experience that is entertaining to children, teens and adults.Tickets are on sale now!
