Mary Poppins - Broadway Palm Non Equity Auditions

Broadway Palm will be holding auditions for local actors on Sunday, March 24 for Mary Poppins and subsequent productions.

Auditions for the roles of Jane and Michael Banks will be held from 10 - 12, with reading call backs from 12 - 1.

Jane Banks (10 - 12 years old) - impertinent and curious little girl with lots of personality. Strong acting skills. Must sing and move well.

Michael Banks (7 - 10 years old) — mischievous and fun-filled little boy. Must sing. Strong acting skills.

Children are asked to prepare “Perfect Nanny” (Jane) or “Anything Can Happen if You Let It” (Michael). Please sing the entire cut and all vocal lines. Sheet music and tracks for the songs are provided via the following link:

Teen and Adult Auditions will be held from 2 - 4 with callbacks to follow. Teens must be 16 or older. Actors must prepare 16 bars of a musical theatre song of their choice and/or a 1-minute monologue. Please bring sheet music for our pianist. Be prepared to dance/do cold readings from 4 - 5 if you are called back.

The rehearsal period for Mary Poppins is June 13th - June 28th. Rehearsals are held from 10 am - 6 pm daily with tech week (June 24th - June 28th) hours being 12 - 10pm. Performance dates are June 28th – August 10th.
