Possum Point Players set Shakespeare auditions April 10,11

The New Faces of Shakespeare, an affiliate of Possum Point Players, have scheduled auditions for a summer production of Shakespeare’s “Much Ado About Nothing” for Sunday, April 10, and Monday, April 11, 6 p.m. Callbacks are Wednesday, April 13, 6 p.m.Performance dates are Wednesday, June 29, Thursday, June 30, and Friday, July 1.

Professional director, actress, and teacher, Shannon Parks will direct and she invites all who are interested to join with NFS for a rollicking romp through the roaring twenties Shakespeare style.
All ages, ethnicities, orientation and levels of experience are encouraged to audition and be part of the commemoration of the 400th Anniversary of Shakespeare’s death!

Those auditioning should prepare a two minute Shakespeare monologue and be prepared for improv and performing cold readings from the play. Those who are unavailable for audition dates may call director Parks for an appointment,
