Possum Point Players set auditions for comedy Feb. 28-29

Possum Point Players have scheduled auditions for “Moon Over the Brewery” Sunday, Feb. 28, and Monday, Feb. 29. Auditions are at 7 p.m. both nights in Possum Hall, 441 Old Laurel Rd, Georgetown. Cast requirements are one woman 25 to 40 and one girl 12 to 16 to play mother and daughter; and one man 25 to 45 and one man 35 to 45.

Show dates are April 15, 16, 17, 22, 23 and 24. Auditions will be by cold readings from the script; those auditioning also have the option of preparing a short monologue, maximum three minutes. “Moon Over the Brewery” is described as “a very funny, very moving play.” Additional information is available at
