CONGRESSIONAL CHORUS SEASON - Congressional Chorus Non Equity Auditions

Acceptance into the chorus is based on a number of factors such as vocal quality, intonation, and sight-reading skills. Though anyone can audition, we are especially looking for tenors and basses, who would be interested in being part of our chorus family!
Members of the Congressional Chorus come from diverse professions, and perform a wide variety of American choral music, including world premiere commissioned works, gospel, jazz, contemporary classical, folksongs, spirituals, Broadway hits, popular standards, and 21st century music.

Past performance venues have included: The Kennedy Center, Harman Center for the Arts, Fillmore Silver Spring, Atlas Performing Arts Center, the White House and the US Capitol Building.

Audition Dates: June 15 & 29, July 13 & 20, August 10, and on a rolling case by case basis
